KUET Admission Test Circular under academic session 2017-18 has been published.

Online application fills up & submission date will be start from 11th September 2017 at 10:00 am. Ended date of apply in KUET Admission Test Circular 2017-18 will be on start 20th September (Wednesday) 2017 at 11:59 pm. Within 21th September (Monday) 2017 at 5:00 pm, applied candidates have to pay application charge by mobile banking. A, T or P symbol application submission last date will be on 21th September (Thursday) 2017 at 03:30 pm. 

How To Apply for admission in KUET

At Undergraduate level enrollment is made only after a formal combined admission test for all the departments. To sit for the Admission Test one must fulfill pre-specified requirements. The requirements are set by the Admission Committee. Generally admission requirements, rules and the availability of forms are published in the national dailies after the result of H.S.C (Higher-Secondary School Certificate) Examination.A certain number of students are given chance to sit for the admission test according to the cummulitative G.P.A. of Physics , Chemistry , Mathematics and English of H.S.C. result

Generally, there are two parts in the Admission

  • MCQ Test: The students are to sit for MCQ test onPhysics , Chemistry , Mathematices and English subjects in H.S.C level. In MCQ test the students are to select the correct answers from the available options. For worng answer the students have to penaltized by negative marking. The students qualified in the test are called for subject choice.
  • Subject Choice: After qualifying in the MCQ test the students are called for subject choice. In this phase students are to fillup subjects choice form.The students are allocated in the departments according to their merits in admission test with available seats.

KUET Admission test Requirements:
Interested candidates ought to passed HSC or equivalent exam in 2017 or they must have ‘A’ level certificate which was got before November, 2016,
They have to get minimum CGPA 4.00 in together of SSC & HSC or similar exam result,
They must acquire total 18 grade points in both of Mathematics, Chemistry, English & Physics subjects,
They have to obtain individually CGPA 3.50 in Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics subjects.
