MBBS Admission Test Circular 2020-2021
MBBS and BDS Admission Test Circular 2020-2021: The Medical and Dental colleges of Bangladesh will take the admission test under the academic session of 2020-2021 as per the previous rules. The Admission Test for MBBS and BDS of the Government and Private Medical Colleges will be held centrally on April 2, 2021 under the Ministry of Health.

The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Health Minister Mr. Zahid Malek on Saturday. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has confirmed the matter.

MBBS and BDS Admission Test Circular 2020-2021
MBBS and BDS Application Date
Application for the Admission Test for MBBS course will start from next Thursday (February 11). Scheduled applications will be accepted online. It will continue till March 1 of 2021.
The admit card for the admission test of MBBS will be given from March 20 to 25.
Besides, application for BDS course will start on March 27. Applications will be accepted till April 15 and admit card for dental admission test will be distributed from April 24 to 26. Admission test will be held on April 2. In a day or two, the notification of MBBS and BDS admission test will be published in the national daily soon.

Admission Requirements for the MBBS Admission
- Citizens of Bangladesh who have passed the SSC or equivalent examination in the year of 2016-2017 and the HSC or equivalent examination in the year of 2019-2020 including the subjects of, physics, chemistry and biology will be eligible to apply. In addition, students who have passed SSC / equivalent examination before 2016 should not be considered eligible for application.
- According to the notice, the total GPA for both the SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations in all domestic and foreign education programs should be at least 9.00

MBBS Admission Test Subject-based numbers in the written test are:
- Biology: 30
- Chemistry: 25
- Physics: 20
- English: 15
- General Knowledge: History of Bangladesh and the War of Liberation: 10.
