California Community Colleges Tuition Fees

California will now provide free tuition for the first two years of community college for first-time students who attend full-time (2019-20). The average annual in-state two year college tuition in California was $3,963 for the 2017-2018 academic year. This is a change of ($880) from the 2015-2016 average of $4,843 and represents a -18.17% annual decline. Not only that, international students also enjoy free tuition at US Community Colleges like local students.
