Comilla Polytechnic Institute (CPI) is a one of the largest Government Polytechnic Institute situated in Kotbari, Comilla, Bangladesh. Comilla Polytechnic Institute was established in 1962. It is controlled by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

Comilla Polytechnic Institute provides 4 years Diploma in Engineering Course under BTEB. The Comilla Polytechnic Institute campus size is about 26 Acres. The institutes has about 3000 students.

Facilities at Comilla Polytechnic Institute

The campus features two three-storey academic buildings, along with eight large workshop buildings dedicated to practical learning. The Computer Science and Engineering Department has a dedicated three-storey facility equipped with modern laboratories.

A Shaheed Minar, a picturesque fountain, and a portrait of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman enhance the campus aesthetics.

Additionally, the campus includes state-of-the-art workshops for all departments, administrative offices, a library, well-equipped laboratories, and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 500.

Facilities like a canteen, a school, a mosque, two serene ponds, and a spacious playground further support a vibrant campus life.

Hostel Facilities at Comilla Polytechnic Institute

There are two residential halls for boys and one for girls. There are about 360 seats in the two student halls. In addition to the halls for girls, seats are arranged in the dormitory if necessary.
