Abu Dhabi University in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced scholarships for international students for the 2021 academic year. Scholarships will be awarded for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Eligibility of application

International and local students can apply for Abu Dhabi University Scholarship. Applicants must apply for a full-time program. Students from other countries including Bangladesh can apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Facilities

Students who will eligible for the Chairman’s Scholarship receive a 100 percent rebate on tuition fees, free registration, discounts on application fees, discounts on service fees, as well as free health care. In the Family Tuition Exemption category, only relatives of students (spouses) who study at this university will get a fee waiver. The Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Scholarship includes free tuition fee waiver, free registration, and application facility as well as free healthcare.

The benefits of category-based scholarships are different. Local students get a 20 percent discount on tuition fees on academic scholarships. Students are given a 25 percent annual tuition fee discount on athletic scholarships. Alumni Scholarship offers tuition fee waivers at the rate of 20 percent for students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Abu Dhabi.

In merit-based scholarships, postgraduate students who maintain a CGPA of 3.50 or above in academic results are offered a 25 percent waiver on their tuition fees. University Scholarships offer tuition fee discounts ranging from 10 percent to 50 percent for residents of the country and GCC candidates.
