ICCR Scholarships to Study in India for Bangladeshi Students
Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers scholarships for Bangladeshi students under the academic session of 2021-2022. Note, independent India’s first Education Minister Maulana Abul Kalam Azad has founded the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in 1950. At present, ICCR will also provide scholarships in the 2021-22 academic year.
Bangladeshi students will get the said scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD in Indian prominent universities. However, apart from medicine, paramedical and fashion courses, one can apply for scholarships in Indian universities.

As per the advertisement, April 30 was the last day to apply for the ICCR scholarship bur due to the Corona pandemic situation, the application time has been extended by one month, according to a press release issued by the Indian High Commission in Dhaka.
How to Apply for ICCR Scholarship
Interested candidates in applying for ICCR Scholarship need to create an ID and password by logging on to the following link http://a2ascholarsships.iccr.gov.in.

Age Range
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
What are the qualifications of the application?
Interested candidates applying for BE-BTech should have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in the syllabus of class XI and XII. Students must stay in the hostel after admission. Each student applying can apply to five universities and institutes. Students must write essays in English in 500 words to test their English proficiency. Students can also submit their TOEFL-IELTS score to determine their English proficiency.

Required Documents for ICCR Scholarship
Although TOEFL-IELTS is not mandatory for these courses. To apply, students need to upload secondary and higher secondary marks sheets. If you do not have the required documents in English for the application, you have to translate it into English to submitting it. Applications without translated documents will not be accepted.

It is mandatory for ICCR scholarship students to have a minimum of $6,800 per annum for medical insurance.
