The purpose of the study tour was to help the students to have a practical knowledge on solar cell fabrication and characterization processes and research facilities at VLSI laboratory. Thirty four (34) students including two (2) female students participated in the tour. Four (4) Faculty Members led by Dr. Engr. Muhibul Haque Bhuyan, Chairman of EEE Department Mr. Md. Moniruzzaman, Senior Lecturer, Mr. Abdullah Al Mahfazur Rahman, Lecturer and M. Al-Mamun, Lecturer of EEE Department guided the students during the tour.
