A meeting of the university’s admission committee held on Monday (November 23) morning took various decisions regarding the admission test at Dhaka University (DU).

According to the decision, changes have been made in the distribution of marks in the admission test of Dhaka University (DU) in the academic year 2020-21. The DU Admission Committee has decided to take a total of 100 marks in these four units A, B, C and D with MCQ of 40 marks (multiple choice) and written marks of 40 marks and 20 marks on the results of SSC and HSC examinations. Besides, this year’s admission test will be held in the divisional cities.

There will be a total of 100 marks on MCQ, written and SSC and HSC results. The pass number will be at least 40 percent. Deans of the concerned faculties will fix the time and thematic questions.

Besides, there was talk of reducing the number of seats in the meeting but there was no discussion about it, said the concerned source.
