East West University | Rankings, Admission, Fees & Review

East West University is a private university approved by the Government of Bangladesh under the Private University Act (Act 34) of 1992, East West University was launched in 1996.

Classes started in September 1996 with 6 faculty members and 20 students in the campus located at 43 Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka-1212. Today there are approximately 8914 students enrolled through a process of selection.

At present, there are a total of 14 departments are offering 13 undergrad and 13 graduate programs in East West University. Out of 302 full-time faculty members, there are 21 professors and 72 Ph.D. teachers. There are also 269 officers and supporting staff altogether.

East West University Admission Information

The candidate who have passed SSC and HSC is eligible to apply for admission in EWU. The applicant must have minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC and HSC Examinations.
