rajshahi-university-admission-test-resultRajshahi University has published the results of ‘C’ (Science) unit of the first year (honors) admission test for the academic year 2020-21. The information was given in a press release signed by Ekramul Hamid, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Chief Coordinator of the Admission Test Committee of the ‘C’ Unit on the University’s website around 2.30 pm on Sunday.

Interested students participating in the admission test in ‘C’ unit are required to go to the university website at https://admission.ru.ac.bd/undergraduate/ and select the unit to see the result with the roll number of the admission test. This unit has about 1,600 seats.

According to a notification, students who want to be admitted have to fill the online department preference order on the university’s website, between October 13 and 18 will. If a student fails to complete the subject preference order within the stipulated time, his / her candidature in the ‘C’ unit will be canceled and he/she will not get the opportunity to be admitted to any other department of this unit. Subsequently, subject to the vacancy of seats, only the admitted students will be automatically changed to the department in the order of department choice and will be informed by notice.

On the afternoon of October 23, the first selection list (merit list) will be published on the website of the university. Students selected from this list must be admitted between 25-26 October. Apart from this, from the waiting list for vacant seats, merit and preference will be selected for admission. The probable schedule will then be published in due course.
This year’s admission test started on October 4 with the examination of ‘C’ unit.
A total of 44,188 students applied for 1,612 seats. Among them, 33 thousand 447 candidates were present in the examination. 10 thousand 741 candidates were absent.
