Admission Test for 1st Year MBBS | Download MBBS Admit Card

Download MBBS Admit Card:- The MBBS admission test for the 2020-21 academic year is going to be held on 2 April, 2021. The examination will be taken keeping in view the social distance between the students. According to the DG Health, the number of test centers has been increased to maintain social distance as the number of test takers is high.

The admit cards of the candidates have been uploaded on the admission website (http://dghs.teletalk.com.bd). Candidates can download the admit card to participate in this exam. Admit card are going to be downloaded from noon on Saturday (March 20). Students seeking admission will be able to download the admission form for medical admission till March 25.

The admission test will be held on 2 April from 10 am to 11 pm of 100 numbers MCQ Exams. The test is scheduled to be held at 54 venues in 19 centers. The number of test venues may also increase. This year 1 lakh 22 thousand 761 candidates have applied for the exam. As per this, 28 students per seat will take part in the examination this year.

Seats are increasing

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has decided to increase the number of seats for MBBS courses in government medical colleges by 282. This decision will be effective from 2020-21 academic year.

How will the examination system and merit list be?

Students have to answer 100 MCQ questions of 100 marks. The value of each question is 1. MCQ test will be in 1 hour. There will be 20 marks in Physics, 25 marks in Chemistry, 30 marks in Biology, 15 marks in English and 10 marks in General Knowledge, History and Liberation War (100 in total).
For every wrong answer in the written test, zero point 25 marks can be deducted. Must have a minimum score of 40 out of 100 in the written test. If it is less than this, it will be considered as unsuccessful. Only the successful candidates will be declared with the merit list.
GPA obtained in SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations will be assessed as a total of 200 marks. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of written test.

How to download the Medical Admit Card

Admit Card to attend the MBBS admission test 2020-2021 can be downloaded from the DG Health Admissions website. Candidates will be informed via SMS, when the admit card is published and ready to download. After receiving the SMS, the candidate can login with his/her user ID and password to download the card.
